GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our sales are submitted to these general terms and conditions, no matter what is written on the buyer’s documents, except formal derogation from us.
Design direction : Before any order, please make sure to check the selvedge direction on your pricelist. The invoiced matching of patterns will be the one written on our pricelist.
FABRIC CONTROLS BEFORE TRANSFORMATION : IMPORTANT ! Fabrics must always be checked before manufacturing/ sewing. Mistakes can be done (wrong reference, color, etc..) or there can be weaving defaults that we missed during our controls. Please check to be sure.
No return of already transformed fabrics or submitted a specific treatment ( fire retardment, cleaning..) will be accepted.
1. ARTICLES
We reserve the right to bring to our articles any modifications that we will judge necessary. The articles features can eventually be modified. Photography, drawings or any information on our brochures, catalogues, ads are only indicative. No text or photography can be considered contractual.
2. ORDERS

All items must be ordered with a specific delivery and billing address.

4. DELIVERY
All passed orders are deliverable following our possibility of sourcing. Deadlines are only indicative and do not represent a firm commitment. We do our best to give our clients the highest level of satisfaction but we decline all responsibility in any case of exceeded deadline or inability to deliver.
5. TRANSPORTS
- DELIVERY TO FRANCE
A €15 fixed price will be invoiced for any order under €200, excluding tax. Carriage free will be applied for any purchase above €200, excluding tax for mainland France. For Corsica or DOM TOM, a detailed estimate of the shipping cost will be made.
- DELIVERY TO EEC COUNTRIES
A €25 fixed price will be applied for any order.
6. EXPEDITIONS
Expeditions are done by the most reliable way, except when indicated.
7. CANCELLATION
Orders cancellation must be done by writing. These will be taken into account only if cutting has not been done yet or the goods sent, or if the fabrics has been transformed (article L.221-28 from the consummation code)
8. CLAIMS /RETURNS
After 2 weeks (14 days), we reserve ourselves the right to decline or accept any claim. The goods will be taken back only if it is in a perfect state. In any case, we do not accept any goods back without our prior agreement.
9. RESERVE OF PROPERTY
Express agreement, the goods provided are our property until full payment of the price. This disposition isn’t an obstacle to the transfer to the buyer, as soon as the sale is realized, of losing risks and deterioration of the products sold (law n°80.335 of 05.12.1980)
10. ELECTION OF DOMICILE
Our company does election of domicile at its head office. Any opposition relative to the execution or the interpretation of our general terms and conditions of sale shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of Annecy trade court, whatever the contract conditions and payment method, even in case of plurality.
